Every month
One curated venue, one night a month, free to attend with no cover and no catch. Just RSVP and we'll see you there. Show up enough times and the room starts to feel like yours — which is the rhythm Southwest Florida has been missing.
Quarterly
Four times a year the mixer levels up with real speakers and real vendors — the kind of deeper-format event you'd normally have to drive to Tampa or Miami to attend. You leave with something to chew on, not just business cards.
Once a year
Hundreds of SWFL professionals together for one full day of speakers, panels, activations, and the works. The kind of event you'd usually have to book a flight to attend, finally happening at home. (Clear your calendar.)
Why we built this
Southwest Florida is growing fast — new residents, new businesses, new capital, and an entire generation of young professionals choosing to build their careers here rather than moving somewhere else.
The three of us are active across a lot of rooms in the region — boards, committees, chambers, mixers — and we love them. We also kept noticing that we were usually the youngest people in them, or close to it.
So we built this. SWFL Young Professionals is a monthly room specifically for the next generation of Southwest Florida — for them to meet each other, shape what comes next, and make the connections that turn into careers and companies and friendships over the next twenty years.
